I’m a voracious reader, with a keen interest in reading anything I could lay my hands upon. I must’ve read thousands of books till now in my life, though I started keeping records of what books I read only in the last few years. I average about two books a week and a select list of magazines and newspapers.

Some of the authors who come to my mind immediately are Douglas Adams, Peter Drucker, Arthur Canon Doyle, Ernest Hemingway, Art Buchwald, Sigmund Freud, H.G Wells, Alexandre Dumas, Alvin Toffler, Adam Smith, Ayn Rand, Carl Sagan, Jane Austen and George Orwell. One of my all-time favorite book is the ‘Hitch Hiker’s Guide to the Galaxy’ series. I think my real love of reading started in my childhood. What started from comics soon took the shape of stories of Enid Blyton and went onto accounts of Kon-Tiki, Scott and Magellan.

I also read poetry in my spare time. Some of my favorite poets include Robert Frost, John Keats, Robert Browning, Tennyson, William Blake, Shelley…………I myself pen down poetry when I am in the right mood.
